As part of the CSPE short course the College embraces the concept of leadership and through a series of themes, looks to:

• Equip students with skills for life

• Develop student character 

Lessons are participative, student-led, inclusive and practice-based. The main themes examined are 

• Growth Mindset 

• Examples of leaders 

• Expressing feelings 

Methodologies include introduction to leadership, challenging traditional perception and practical applications of leadership.
