Patricia has been a professional music teacher for over twenty years, both privately and in primary and secondary schools. She received her Bachelor of Music Degree from the Cork School of Music, where she specialised in woodwind pedagogy. She also holds a Masters in Performance from DIT and a Licentiate Diploma in Performance from Trinity College London.

Patricia is an active freelance musician, and maintains a busy performance schedule as a pit musician for musical theatre productions all over Ireland.
