Leadership Module

All TY students get the opportunity to partake ina leadership module. This module allows students to realise their potential as a future leaders by honing essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. With a focus on their own ability to lead, there is also an opportunity for students to reflect on their actions and work towards how they can take charge of a team and make changes in their school and local area. Finally, students focus on examples of community leaders, locally and globally to understand the impact that leadership skills can have across the world.
