Stay active, Stay home

Week Six's Workout is a simple, but not easy, workout with little or no explanation needed so no accompanying video is required this week.

Depending on the space you have available in your garden or within your 2km limit the repetitions can be adjusted to suit.   This may mean performing movements in a square or circle in the space you have available or adding in multiple shorter shuttles.
